Shipping & Returns
Markets we deliver to
We currently deliver to Hungary, Germany, Austria and Ireland.
Who ships your order
Orders are shipped by our dropshipping fulfilment partner on our behalf directly from their warehouse; goods do not pass through [⚠ CÉGADAT — kitöltendő cégalapításkor: cégnév]'s own premises. [⚠ DECISION NEEDED: name the fulfilment partner ([⚠ CÉGADAT — kitöltendő cégalapításkor: beszállítói (dropship) partner cégneve]) and the courier(s) they use, once the supplier relationship is finalised.]
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation. This is an estimate; actual delivery time can vary by product and destination country.
Shipping costs
[⚠ DECISION NEEDED: the shipping-cost / free-shipping-threshold policy has not been decided yet. The exact shipping cost for an order is always shown in the cart and at checkout before you place the order.]
Returns process
If you wish to return an item within your statutory withdrawal period, see the Withdrawal Policy page for the deadline, the model withdrawal form, and who currently bears the cost of return.
[⚠ DECISION NEEDED: the practical step-by-step return process (e.g. whether a return authorisation/RMA number is required before sending goods back, and where to request one) has not been finalised yet. Until it is, please contact us at [⚠ CÉGADAT — kitöltendő cégalapításkor: ügyfélszolgálati e-mail cím] before returning an item, so we can guide you through the process.]
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us at [⚠ CÉGADAT — kitöltendő cégalapításkor: ügyfélszolgálati e-mail cím] as soon as possible, ideally with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with our fulfilment partner and/or the courier to resolve the issue, by way of a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
This page is a compliance DRAFT pending review before launch. Values shown as {{…}} are filled in automatically from configuration once the company (and the final supplier/shipping policy) exists; a bracketed [⚠ …] note means the underlying policy has not been decided yet.
